Christmas in Bay Head is an annual tradition that my mother Evalyn started 39 years ago. It continues thanks to the members of the Bay Head Business Association and many other volunteers.
Kicking off the holiday season and keeping with the charm and spirit of Bay Head. The event begins on the first Friday of December. The festivities include the tree lighting, music, Santa and the stores are open until 8pm.
The Bay Head School has their wreath and tree sale at the firehouse. And the Nutcracker n the Sky performance by the Ballet school is a treat! The Scavenger Hunt is also a fun event. Other events are scheduled all weekend long.
Each year there are traditions and new events added. Check local social media pages for times & events.
This year may be a little different but the tradition and merriment continues.
